By accessing or using the Islamic Open Finance™ platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Islamic Open Finance™ provides Shariah-native financial infrastructure including APIs, SDKs, and developer tools for building Islamic finance applications. The Platform includes 29+ specialized rails for contracts, KYC, compliance, treasury, clearing, and other financial operations.
The Platform is designed to facilitate Shariah-compliant financial operations in accordance with AAOIFI and IFSB standards. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable Shariah guidelines and local regulations.
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to engage in activities that violate Islamic finance principles.
The Platform, including its architecture, rails, SKUs, and business logic, is proprietary. SDKs, CLI tools, and integration playbooks are licensed under Apache 2.0.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islamic Open Finance™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
